I grew up surrounded by women I admired, learned from them and they became my inspiration. As a child I loved to help my mother hang out the washing. While we chatted and laughed, I would entertain myself by giving her the clothes pegs by shapes or colors. Sometimes I would watch her when she was immersed in her thought and stare at her hands, which gave me that strength that comes from within, that comes from the heart.
